David Hartz is an architectural, portrait, and fine art photographer. He is dedicated to presenting ordinary people, places and objects in an extraordinary way using dramatic lighting, bold colors, and a clean aesthetic. David follows his emotional intuition when deciding what and how to photograph a subject. “The strongest images are those which were taken out of passionate appreciation for the subject.”  When he is not on commission, he is photographing wildlife and landscapes for his Fine Art collections which are presented in hand-made, exotic wood, frames. His work is currently displayed in private collections with sizes ranging from 8”x10” to 35”x75”. David holds a degree in Commercial Photography and plans to pursue a masters degree in Photography.
David teaches "Night Photography: Philadelphia After Dark" and Time Lapse Photography.
