"Rich made sure he spent time with each participant reviewing their images and making suggestions. He brought various props for our use. He also made suggestions about camera settings and composition. A handout was given out detailing how to handle various weather and lighting conditions. The wrap up included some thoughts on cropping and post production and he passed around a couple of books that he recommends. Rich's style was personable, humorous and friendly and he did a good job of assessing people's level of experience to help them get the most out of the day." Nancy
